Kim is CEO of Prior Industries Australia Pty Ltd (PIA), an Australian-owned design, manufacture and consulting engineering firm that specialises in process and combustion applications. PIA has worked extensively in Cuba supplying equipment and consulting services to the nickel, mineral processing, electricity, sugar and petrochemical industries. Kim is also the Managing Consultant of Cuba Consult, a division of PIA that provides consulting services to companies looking to establish a presence in Cuba.

Tony Melhem BA, MMA

Tony is the founder of Coco Cubano, an emerging and revolutionary Cuban inspired cafe/restaurant/bar franchise group. Coco Cubano is one of Australia's fastest growing businesses with numerous locations in NSW and Queensland with several more being built and in the pipeline across the eastern seaboard and west coast.

Scott Bywaters BBus, CPA, MBA

Western Australia

Scott is a Certified Practising Accountant and an experienced strategy and operations consultant. He held senior finance and accounting roles with organisations including Woodside Energy and BHP Billiton Iron Ore and performed as a Manager with Deloitte Consulting before establishing himself as an independent management consultant in 2011, co-founding BaxterLawley (for the Australasian market) in 2013 and founding Matiz Consulting (for foreign emerging markets) in 2015.
